Return & Exchange Policy

At Beubag, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we make returns and exchanges simple and hassle-free.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Certain items are non-returnable, including:

    • Innerwear & hygiene-related products

    • Customized or personalized items

    • Clearance or “Final Sale” products

2. Easy Return & Exchange Process

  1. Raise a Request

    • Log in to your Beubag account or contact our customer care team at support@beubag.com.

    • Provide your order number, reason for return, and preferred resolution (refund or exchange).

  2. Pick-up / Courier

    • We offer free doorstep pick-up for eligible returns in serviceable pin codes.

    • If your pin code is not serviceable, you may ship the product back to us at your own cost.

  3. Quality Check

    • Once we receive the returned item, it will go through a quality check.

    • Products that fail the check (e.g., used, damaged, or without tags) will not be accepted.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, wallet, etc.).

  • It may take 7–10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued to your bank account or wallet as per your preference.

4. Exchanges

  • You may exchange your product for a different size, color, or style (subject to availability).

  • If the desired product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.

5. Damaged / Wrong Product

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund in such cases.
